• We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• Only item(s) total's base price of US$50.00 or more can be processed with Credit Card.

How to transact with my Credit Card?

1. Send Email to credit_card@ex-collect.com with subject "Credit Card - Item Code - Item Name". Include email with your City and Country information.
2. We send you confirmation about item's availibility and shipping cost.
3. Send Email to credit_card@ex-collect.com with subject "Credit Card - Item Code - Item Name". Include email with your complete address and phone number. Please notice, we won't make transaction with incomplete information.
4. Make transaction by clicking the item's or shipping's link(s).
5. My Cart at the top right page useful when you want to make more than one transaction or combine item(s) with customize shipping cost.
6. When we get your item(s) confirmation, we will send item(s) to your address during work days.

Rates

• eXCollect give rate of 5% plus US$0.50 off the retail price of each total order.
  Don't think about the percentage, but also consider collectible values that sometimes increase more than we can imagine.
• Rates include Credit Card Processing fees. There are no fees for a gateway or third party company.
